Our correspondent reported that an IDP from Idlib, on Friday 14/5/2021, severely beat an elderly Kurdish woman in the village of Satya in Mobeta / Maabatli sub-district.
In the details, an IDP tended his sheep in an olive field owned by the elderly woman “Amina Ahmed” from the village of Satya, and when she asked him to move his sheep away from the field, the IDP attacked and assaulted her, and he hit her head with a stick in his hand, which caused her a gash on the head.
The IDP shepherd was not satisfied with insulting and beating her, but he exaggerated insulting her in front of the villagers, who did not dare to intervene and provide assistance to her, because the IDP is supported by “al-Hamzah Division” militia that controls the village, and he said to all the residents of the village: “ This land is not yours, it belongs to Erdogan, and we are free to dispose of this property. ”
Following the attack on the elderly woman, some of the villagers went to file a complaint against the shepherd, by the headquarters of the Military Police, in the sub-district of Mobeta / Maabatli, but the Military Police officers ignored the complaint and only said that they would hold him accountable, without taking any action against him, as the IDP sheoherd continued to tend his sheep in the fields of the villagers after submitting the complaint against him, as if nothing had happened.
