Turkish shelling leads to fires in agricultural fields, in al-Shahba and Al-Bab city

afrinpost – Exclusive

The Turkish forces, late on Saturday night, shelled the villages of Tel Zoyan and Tilal al-Inab adjacent to the occupied city of Al-Bab in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, which resulted in fires in wheat and barley fields in the area.

Our correspondent indicated that the fire continues to devour the agricultural crops, amid the inability of the people to extinguish the fires because of the the intermittently Turkish shelling of the areas where the fire broke out.

It is noteworthy that the Turkish army targeted, yesterday, Saturday, the village of Umm al-Hosh in the countryside of al-Shahba, causing tens of hectares of agricultural land to burn, and they also targeted tractors and firefighting teams that were trying to extinguish the fire.
