“Faylaq Al-Rahman” militants cut down 60 olive trees near Qibareh camp, in Afrin

Our reporter in Afrin stated that members of the Turkish-backed “Faylaq Al-Rahman” militia cut down, today, December 18, 60 olive trees owned by for the forcibly displaced citizen “Suleiman Ali, near the Qibareh camp.

The militants were seen transporting some of the firewood to their homes in Al-Khazzan Street and Al-Hadiqa Street in Al- Ashrafieh neighborhood of the occupied city of Afrin, the reporter added.

On Thursday and Friday, 16 and 15 December, our sources reported that 80 olive trees and eight almond trees were cut down near the village of Barad in Sherawa district of the occupied Afrin countryside, by gunmen belonging to the Turkish-backed “Faylaq Al-Sham” militia. The trees belong to the citizen “Hamid Ali Jamo”, as his land is located near the line of contact with the areas controlled by the Syrian regime forces in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
