6 Kurdish citizens were arrested in Rajo district … some of them on charges of receiving money from abroad!

Hamzat militia affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood organization kidnapped six Kurdish citizens in Rajo sub-district, four of them in the district center on charges of receiving money transfers from their families in Shahba areas, while two citizens were kidnapped in Moske village.

In the details, the Military Police Militia, in coordination with Hamzat militia gunmen, arrested four Kurdish citizens in the village of Kuliya Jorin / Kuilyan Fawqani, on 1/12/2020, on charges that they received money transfers sent to them by their families residing in Shahba areas.

According to the Human Rights Organization – Afrin, Muhammad Sabri Suleiman (28 years) was arrested, although he is mentally retarded, and was taken to Rajo prison after being brutally beaten and tortured by them, and he was released four days after his arrest paying ransom (1300 ) Turkish Liras in addition to the amount of the transfer.

Note that “Suleiman” had been subjected to kidnapping at the beginning of the occupation of Afrin region, and he was released about two months before the date of his last arrest. The names of the other three people were not known.

In a related context, the Afrinpost reporter learned that “Hamzat” militia gunmen in Moske village in Rajo district, yesterday, Sunday, kidnapped Muhammad Ali and Imad Khalil from the people of Gunde Darwish of Rajo district and handed them over to the Military Police militia. Without explaining the reason for the kidnapping.

It is noteworthy that the Turkish occupation forces, three years ago, turned the village of Darwish into a military base, and prevented the Kurds from returning to the village. Therefore, the two citizens (Muhammad Ali and Imad Khalil) reside in the village of Moske.
