Amidst ongoing security laxity and continued violations in the occupied region of Afrin, an armed individual affiliated with the “Sultan Murad” militia sold two apartments forcibly seized from Kurdish residents of Afrin to IDPs from Idlib for $1500 each in the occupied city of Afrin.
The two apartments are located in a residential building near Sheikh Shawakh Mosque, adjacent to Azadi Square. One belongs to Mr. Imad Mustafa from the village of Tellef in Jindires, and the other belongs to Mr. Riad Abdo from the village of Ba’dina in Rajo, according to our reporter.
On another note, a knife fight erupted yesterday, April 4th, between IDPs from Aleppo over disputes regarding the placement of their stalls near the Telal Street in downtown Afrin, resulting in injuries to two individuals.
