According to our correspondent in northern Aleppo countryside, Turkish forces stationed at the Anab and Maryameen bases in the Sharan sub-district of occupied Afrin countryside intensively shelled the village of Abbin in the Sherawa sub-district of Afrin with more than 30 artillery shells, with no information available yet on the extent of damage.
In response, the Syrian regime army targeted the Turkish base in the village of Anab and the settlement of “Al-Amal” in the village of Al-Khalidiyah in the Sharan sub-district of occupied Afrin countryside, resulting in injuries to a number of IDPs, some of whom sustained serious wounds.
It is worth noting that Turkish forces shelled yesterday evening villages such as Kalouta, Miyasa, and Gundi Mazn in the Sharan sub-district with rocket launchers, and villages such as Um Al-Hawsh, Um Al-Qura, and Hleesa in the Shahba region of northern Aleppo countryside with heavy artillery, resulting in fires breaking out in agricultural lands.
