afrinpost – Exclusive

This evening, the Turkish forces, stationed at the Thulthana base, located in the countryside of Marea, shelled the surroundings of the villages of Harbel and Sheikh Issa in al-Shahba area, with several artillery and missile shells, and no information was received about the damage so far.

This came after sporadic clashes with light and medium machine guns took place between the Afrin Liberation Forces and a group of smugglers from the cities of Nubl and Al-Zahraa in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

According to our reporter, a group of smugglers from the cities of Nubl and Al-Zahraa were trying to smuggle people and materials from the city of Afrin towards Shirawa district, and the Afrin Liberation Forces tried to prevent them, where clashes, lasted about an hour, took place near the forest of the village of Aqiba, all the way to the outskirts of the village of Al-Ziyarah in Shirawa district, while no injuries reported.
