Turkey’s militants cut down 45 olive trees in Tal Tawil and 60,000 trees in Bulbul sub-district

According to our correspondent, the Turkish-backed “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia cut down 45 olive trees from a field, located near the village of Tal Tawil, owned by the forcibly displaced Kurdish citizen Muhammad Othman from Juwaiq village.

In a related context, the Violations Documentation Center in northern Syria stated that the “Sultan Murad” militia uprooted nearly 60,000 olive trees in the villages of Bulbul sub-district in Afrin, and confiscated all the properties of the forcibly displaced citizens who are not in their villages.

It is worth noting that the Turkish-backed militants marked trees by painting part of their stumps and confiscated properties to prevent their owners from approaching them.
