“Samarkand” militia threatens to expel settlers from the village of Ramadana; if they refrained from sending their children to Libya

As a result of their regional differences or conflicts over the stolen goods that were robbed from the houses of the displaced Kurdish people of Afrin in northern Syria, confrontations and disputes occured between the militants of the Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood, or between their settler families.

Now, the gunmen are forcing settlers within their sectors to join the fighting in Libya.

In the context, the Afrinpost correspondent in Jenderes district said that the Samarkand militia threatened the settlers in the village of “Ramdana” of the district, by expelling them from their sector if they refrained from sending their children to fight in Libya.

The correspondent pointed out that the settlers of the village are from Idlib and Al-Ghouta in Damascus countryside, and they occupy 120 houses in the village, while only 4 original families of the Kurdish residents are still in the village. Stressing that the militia had expelled a number of settler families already, without being able to know their exact numbers.

In addition, the Afrinpost learned from his sources that the “Waqaas militia” had prevented the residents of the “Hekechah” villages of Jenderes and the “Marwaniya” village of Shieh / Sheikh Al-Hadid, from leaving the two villages to visits their relatives in other villages during the Eid al-Fitr period, only after obtaining a written permission.

 The sources added that the militia led by “Abu Abdo Al-Shawa” expelled the settlers residing in the tents in the village, because of they could not pay the rents to the militia.
