Distribution of winter clothing provided by the Producers Union to forcibly displaced people from occupied Afrin

The Kurdish Red Crescent on Sunday distributed winter clothes to displaced people in al-Awda camp in Sherawa district of Afrin province, which was sent by the Aleppo Producers Union to provide forcibly displaced people from Afrin, Hawar reported.

In support of the people of Afrin in Al-Shahba camps, the Aleppo Producers Union in Al-Sheikh Maqsoud district provided 7500 pieces of winter clothes and sent them on November 27 to Al-Shahba district. the camp

“As the Aleppo Producers Union, we have helped the people with the advent of winter, as the displaced people are sheltering in tents, and the weather is cold, not from relief organizations that are helping the people,” said Alef Aslan, managing director of the Aleppo Producers Union.

Alif added: ” At the opening of the schools, we distributed school supplies for children from stationeries and children’s bags under the slogan “By my Pen,I will win ” and today we have 7,500 pieces of winter clothing, which is 4,500 school clothes, trousers and hats for children, and almost 3000 pieces clothing for women and babies.

“We, like the Psychosocial Support Committee in coordination with the Aleppo Producers’ Union, are cooperating in distributing this humanitarian aid to the people because of the difficult living conditions, the cold weather and the lack of assistance from the international organizations,” said Angela Rasho, the joint director of the Kurdish Red Crescent.
