Our correspondent reports that Turkish authorities detained Kurdish man “Siwar Arab” in September 2023 in the city of Azaz.
Arab, born in 1989 and a resident of Kafrdalla Fawqani in Jindires, was accused of performing mandatory service with the previous Autonomous Administration.
According to the correspondent, Arab was subjected to severe torture, which significantly deteriorated his health. He was subsequently transferred to a prison in the town of Al-Rai in the Al-Bab region and remains forcibly disappeared without being brought to trial.
