The Turkish occupation authorities arrest 3 Kurdish citizens from the village of Marate in Afrin countryside

Afrinpost learned from its sources that the Turkish occupation authorities have arrested at different times three Kurdish citizens of the village of Marate, affiliated to the center of the occupied Afrin region.

The sources pointed out that “Hamzat” militia affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood organization, Sunday 20/12/2020, kidnapped the Kurdish citizen “Muhammad Ahmed Ibrahim” from his home in the village of Marate, under the pretext of serving with the Self-Defense Forces during the previous days of the Autonomous Administration, and took him to another unknown destination.

Muhammad, in his twenties, had held his wedding about a month ago in his village.

The sources added that the elderly citizen “Walid Hassan Abed” who is the owner of the press in the village of Marate, went about a month ago to the city of Azaz, to testify before the Occupation Court on the issue of arresting the young son of his village, Rizan Sheikh Sadiq, with the aim of his release, but the court claimed that he had a security file, he was arrested immediately, and his fate remains unknown to this day.

As for the young Rizan Sheikh Sadiq, he was arrested about four months ago under the pretext of serving with the military forces during the previous Autonomous Administration era, and he is still under arrest.
