A patrol formed by the Turkish occupation intelligence and the “civilian police” militia raided the house of a Kurdish citizen in a village in the Afrin countryside, and arrested him and took him to its center in the “Bulbula / Bulbul” district center.

The Afrinpost correspondent in the “Bulbula / Bulbul” district confirmed that armed men from the “Civil Police” militia accompanied by members of the Turkish Intelligence, in addition to women, have raided the house of Hussein Muhammad Hasso, born in 1982, in the village of Kela / Al Samha, and subjected him to an inspection, and then took Hussein to its headquarter in the town of Bulbula / Bulbul.

It is noteworthy that the citizen Hussein, married and has two children, was previously arrested in mid-April 2018, and spent six months in the notorious “Al-Raa’i” prison in Azaz countryside, there he was subjected to various forms of torture.

The village of Kela / Al Samha, after the military occupation was applied to the Kurdish autonomous region of Afrin, previously witnessed a large campaign of arrests among the returnees, and the fate of the two young men, Ahmed Dadu and Sheikhu Bayram, is still unknown since then.

Islamic militias rely on kidnapping as a means of obtaining money, which is one of the methods they followed since the beginning of the occupation of Afrin, while the Turkish occupation supervises these operations as one of the methods of displacing the Kurds and preventing the displaced from returning.

While widespread intimidation against the Kurds prevents many people from cooperating with human rights organizations and the media as a result of security concerns that the Turkish occupation could track them down, the Kurdish legal authority has previously called on the population to respond more in exposing the occupation’s practices, stressing that intimidation by militants The occupation prevents many families from responding to activists.
