Kurdish youth disappeared in Afrin after he was kidnapped twice by “Al-Shamiya” militia

Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood continue the kidnappings and extortion of the indigenous population in the occupied Kurdish region of Afrin, with the aim of displacing the rest of them.

In this context, “Afrinpost” reporter in Afrin center confirmed the disappearance of a Kurdish citizen named “Mohammed”, who has been working as a seller of diesel, which is located on Al-Servis Road, next to the house of “Saeed Sabaka”, three days ago.

The correspondent indicated that the same citizen had previously been kidnapped for two consecutive times at the hands of the “Oso militia” affiliated to the militia “Al-Shamiya”, which was released every time after receiving a financial ransom.

Through the kidnappings, the Islamic militia seeks to raise funds by imposing financial ransoms on the families of the kidnappers, and to prepay the charges prepared for them, such as dealing with the YPG or Self- Administration .

The campaigns of raids and kidnappings against the Kurdish indigenous people in the occupied area of ​​Afrin continue on a daily basis by the Islamic militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood and the Turkish occupation forces, with the aim of blackmailing them and pushing them to leave their lands to the settlers.
