Our correspondent reported that today, the “Military Police” in Azaz released 45-year-old Mohammed Hussein Mustafa, a resident of Baadina town in the Rajo sub-district, after nearly two months of detention.

The correspondent explained that Mohammed was arrested at the Al-Shat checkpoint, west of Azaz, while returning from Aleppo, accused of having ties to the former Autonomous Administration. He was held in a private prison in the city and was released after his family paid a $5,000 ransom through intermediaries in the nearby Turkish city of Kilis.
