Our correspondent reported that on Thursday, September 26, an IDP from Eastern Ghouta, located in the Damascus countryside, extorted $1,000 from Mohammed Hassan Hassan, a resident of Ister village northwest of Afrin. The sum was taken in exchange for handing over Hassan’s house, located near the “Kaak Qazan” bakery on the Aleppo highway in Al-Ashrafieh neighborhood, Afrin.
In a separate incident in the same neighborhood yesterday, an armed individual stole a motorcycle belonging to Ridwan Khalil, a resident of Bulbul town. The theft occurred in front of the workshop where Khalil works, near Maysaloun School.
