Our correspondent in Afrin reports that two young men, Jamal Ali Gulin (26 years old, married with children) and Muhammad Walid Aliko (15 years old), from the village of Dargir in the Mobata/Ma’batli district, were severely injured by gunfire late last night. They were transported to a hospital in Afrin in critical condition for treatment.
The correspondent added that the victims were returning to their village from Afrin city on a motorcycle when they were fired upon at a checkpoint manned by militias of the “Syrian National Army.” Further details about the incident remain unknown.
