Our correspondent reports that Turkish authorities arrested citizen “Delil Mustafa” (32 years old) from the people of Marateh village on January 10. He is charged with performing compulsory mandatory military service during the tenure of the previous Autonomous Administration in Afrin.
The correspondent explained that citizen “Delil” had been in the city of Kobani and returned about a week ago. Upon his return, Turkish authorities arrested him in Al-Ashrafieh neighborhood of the occupied city of Afrin. This arrest is part of their plan to apprehend any Kurdish citizen returning to the Afrin region after years of forced displacement.
