Gunmen and IDPs affiliated with the Turkish-backed “National Army” militia cut down today, Wednesday/ February 1, 135 olive trees from the fields of the indigenous Kurdish people of Afrin.
According to our reporter, IDPs from the Al-Mawali clan cut down 40 olive trees in an area between Jwaiq and Dargireh, belonging to the displaced person, “Ibrahim Muhammad.” The agent, who is his father-in-law, filed a complaint with the Military Police militia, but they rejected his complaint and cited the need for “Ibrahim” presence to file the complaint.
