A Kurdish elderly man was injured in the village of Khalta in the district of Jindires, while an IDP was killed and 10 others were injured in the “Kuwait al-Rahma” settlement in the village of Khalta / al-Khalidiya in Sherawa district, and 5 members were killed as a result of the clashes erupted between the militias of “Al-Jabha Al-Shamiya and Jaysh al-Sharqiya” and the organization of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, on Thursday, October 13, in the occupied countryside of Afrin.
Our sources reported that “Ibrahim Sheikh Badri” (73 years old) was wounded by two stray bullets in the leg while he was in the yard of his home in the village of Khalta, as a result of the clashes between the “Jaish al-Sharqiya” militia and Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham in Jindires district.
Meanwhile, our reporter said that an IDP was killed and 10 others were seriously injured, as several rockets fell on the “Kuwait Al-Rahma” settlement, and the HTS targeted medical teams heading to the settlement during the violent clashes that took place between them and “Al-Shamiya” militia on the outskirts of the settlement.
It is worth noting he that the HTS sent large military reinforcements, including ground forces from the Red League and the Special Task Forces, to the occupied city of Afrin, instead of the forces withdrew after failing to storm the village of Kafr Jannah in Shara district twice.
Our reporter added that 4 members of the HTS were killed and 3 others were captured, while a member of “Al-Shamiya” named “Anwar Hamid” was killed during the same clashes on the axis of the village of Kafr Jannah.
In the same context, “Amashat” militia and Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham were able to impose their control over the villages of Marwaiyeh, Senare and Ankala in the Mobata district, after the militias of “Al-Jabha Al-Shamiya and Liwa Waqas” withdrew from them.
