The Turkish-backed “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia is preparing to seize a large agricultural land located on the outskirts of the city of Afrin, after the engineering crops finish the combing process.
On Saturday, our reporter stated that the engineering crops in city of Afrin are combing the land of the citizen “Jahid Agha”, located behind the Faisal Qaddour School on Jindires Road, in the western side of Afrin, to remove mines.
Our reporter added that the “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia is preparing to seize it as soon as the engineering crops finish combing it.
It is worth mentioning that an internally displaced from Homs (brought in by Turkey) lost his life, on January 28, 2019, when a landmine exploded when he was plowing the same land that he had seized, which led to his immediate death and the destruction of the agricultural tractor, and since that date no one has dared to enter it.
