In the details, the armed man “Abu Sultan” came to the two young men, Jamal and Ahmed, a few days ago and fabricated the accusation that they had hidden weapons in the area between the villages of Kokane and Jwaiq, telling them: “I will turn a blind eye to the charge that will put you in prison, on the condition that each of you pay me a million Syrian pounds.”
A source from the village told our reporter, that the so-called “Abu Sultan” had previously blackmailed many people, as he gathered all the people of the village, and showed them pictures prove their dealings with the Autonomous Administration of North and East of Syria and told them: “I won’t put you in prison, in case you pay me money.” On that day, he took the royalties from all the people, even those who can’t pay.
