4 Kurdish citizens arrested by TSO’s militias, in Afrin

On Wednesday 16/6/2021, a joint patrol of the Turkish intelligence, accompanied by armed men from the “Military Police” militia, raided the “Khello” money exchange office on Rajo road in the center of Afrin region, to arrest its owner and his son without being able to know the charges against them.

According to our sources, the 50-year-old Kurdish citizen “Zakariya Khello, and his 25-year-old son, Othman Khello, were arrested from their place of work in the money exchange office located opposite the former Al-Madina cafeteria on Rajo road, and they were taken to an unknown destination”

Adding that during the raid, all mobile phones and computers were confiscated from the office, in addition to dismantling the installed surveillance cameras.

Also, the Turkish authorities (Turkish intelligence and civil police) raided on Thursday noon on June 17, 2021 the house of the citizen Hussein Kalo, who is from the village of Şêxûrzê in Bulbul sub-district, located opposite the local council building in Afrin, and searched and confiscated all the mobile phones of family members, and then arrested him and took him to its security headquarters, despite his dealings and cooperation with the Turkish authorities, according to the Human Rights Organization in Afrin.

On 06/14/2021, the Turkish authorities (Turkish intelligence and civil police) arrested Muhyiddin Abdullah Daoud, who is from the village of Atmana / Rajo sub-district, and took him to an unknown destination.
