Two kidnapped Kurdish citizens released, after their houses seized

The Turkish-backed “Liwa al-Shamal” militia released, on May 12, 2021, the citizens (Khaled Naasan and Muhammad Ahmad (from “Kulilka” village), both residing in Avrazê village – Mobeta / Maabatli sub-district, but their homes are still seized in the village.

The militia kidnapped the Kurdish citizens on the fifth of this month, on charges of assaulting IDP women, but according to our sources, the real reason behind is the “Naasan” family’s claim the house of their son “Shaaban Naasan,” which is seized by an IDP from Ma’arat Artiq in Aleppo countryside.

Sources confirmed to “afrinpost” that the militia evacuated the families of the kidnapped from their homes and forcibly deported them to the city of Afrin, including the family of the 70-year-old man “Muhammad Naasan” and then seized their homes with all their contents, and did not allow them to take anything with them.
