On Thursday 5/6/2021, the Turkish-backed “al-Mu’tasim Brigade” militia carried out an armed robbery at the house of a Kurdish citizen in the village of Kurzêlê – Bulbul sub-district, after they bound their limbs and gagged their mouths.

In the details, our sources reported that ten armed men from “al-Mu’tasim Brigade” militia that occupies the village of Kurzêlê in Bilbilê sub-district, stormed the house of “Zuhair Maamou” at night and tied the family members and gagged their mouths, and then they stole money, cell phones and household furniture, taking advantage of the house being located among the village groves.

The Turkish forces managed to take control of the village of Kurzêlê on March 15, 2018, and the village is currently occupied by the “Al-Mu’tasim Billah” extremist militants, who are based in the house of the Kurdish citizen “Ahmed Agha” as its headquarters, while its main headquarters is in the village of Ze’rê .

The village is considered one of the almost empty villages of its original Kurdish residents, as only six of the 41 families were able to return to their homes in the three parts of the village, while the village’s displaced people are displaced in Aleppo and “al-Shahba” countryside.

While the IDPs, who were brought in by the Turkey according to regional and international deals to the region, occupy all the remaining houses in the village, meaning that 35 Kurdish houses have been settled by the families of the Islamic militias, which manage the property of thevillage’s forcibly displaced people and loot them with impunity and without restraint.
