afrinpost News Network monitored Yazidi women who were kidnapped from Sinjar, Iraq, years ago, accompanied by ISIS foreign and Syrian elements, in several areas in Syria’s occupied Afrin.
“Foreign and Syrian elements who were members ISIS in under “Ahrar al-Sharqiya militia control-areas, in the center of Afrin, Rajo and Jenderes sub-districts, were monitored accompanied by 4 Kurdish women from Shengal”, according to our sources.
“One of them is married to a foreign ISIS member, and she refuses to return to her family, after having children from forced marriage, and that she was brainwashed when she was young, and she accepted being so more than being convinced of”. Our sources confirmed after having a conversation with her and attempting along with some charitable people to bring her back to her family.
On the other hand, the terrorist “Abu Ahmed Al-Atheri”, who is from the eastern region and currently occupying a leadership position in the “Public Relations Committee” with the “Ahrar Al-Sharqiya militia in Afrin, as well as an ISIS element of Albanian nationality, within the ranks of “Jaish al-Islam” militia, and currently residing in the house of the forcibly displaced Kurdish citizen “Yusef Ibish”, are enjoying a settled and safe life in Afrin!
23/3/2019 was not a complete end to what was known as “ISIS”, but rather an end to public appearing and the areas they control, and a large number of the terrorists fled to Turkish territory, where they brought into the Kurdish region of Afrin in a new form, thus, with the ISIS members came back all the accumulated cases, including the case of the Yazidi women who were kidnapped from Shangal district in 2014.
ISIS-like behaviors in Afrin
The issue of sexual slavery appeared clearly in Afrin, through the forced marriage, especially underage girls. On 2/9/2020, afrinpost reported that the gunman called “Raed Amr” from “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia threatened to kidnap the family and even kill them, if they refused to let him marrytheir daughter, even though the girl is engaged, and the same thing happened with a girl in the town of Jenderes, where another militant from “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia threatened if they refused to let him marry thier daughter.
The scene of the abducted women in Afrin at the headquarter of the Hamzat militia on 5/28/2020 was pure ISIS, and it is no different from the sexual slavery, while the exact number of women kidnapped by the Islamic militias is not known, due to the families’ concealment of the issue due to the sensitivity.
