The “Crisis Cell” of the Corona pandemic met in al-Shahba regions today, Saturday, and discussed the situation in the region after the number of infected cases rose to eight cases, two of them died, and decided to take more additional measures to limit the spread of the epidemic among the population, according to the Afrinpost correspondent in the region.
The correspondent explained that the “Crisis Cell” decided to impose a partial quarantine for a period of ten days, starting from Sunday 9/8/2020, to prevent movement between sub-districts, to focus on crossings, to control the movement of citizens and to support their medical teams, in addition to stopping livestock bazaars.
The citizen, “Omar Ahmed Omar” (55 years), from the village of “Kafr Nasih” in the areas of Al-Shahba, died two days ago, in conjunction with the new wave of the spread of the virus, and the citizen “Omar Ahmed Omar” after discovering his infection.
