Afrinpost – Special
Today, Wednesday, clashes erupted between the Turkish occupation army and the militia of “Sultan Murad Brigade” in the “Shara / Sharan” district in the occupied countryside of Afrin, amid reports of splits between the latter’s ranks, due to internal differences caused by their use as “mercenaries / hired killers” in Libya by the Ankara government, according to the “Afrinpost” reporter in the district.
The reporter confirmed that the incident is the first of its kind, as clashes erupted between the militia of the “Sultan Murad Brigade” and the Turkish occupation soldiers in the village of “Chama \ Jamanli”, without knowing the reasons leading to the new military development, and also it was not possible to know the outcome of the losses among them, while the tension continues in the region.
According to new information obtained by the “Afrinpost”, the Turkish occupation intends to send all the militants of “Sultan Murad” / about two thousand armed / to Libya to fight alongside the Libyan Muslim Brotherhood government, amid reports of splits within the militia ranks in Afrin due to internal disputes regarding the refusal of some of them to move to Libya.
In the context, the news pages affiliated with the militants said that the militia “Sultan Murad” witnessed the defection of a group of its leaders, namely: (Abu Walid Al-Azzi – Captain Araba Idris – Abu Bilal Hanish – Abu Muhannad Al-Hur – Fadi Al-Dairi), due to differences with the first-row militants in Militia, which may be the reason for the recent confrontation between the occupation and militia militants, as it is likely that the militia’s defectors attacked the occupation soldiers.
