Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood continue to use kidnapping and arrest as a means of blackmail, pressure and restrictions on the remaining Kurdish indigenous people in the occupied Afrin region, with the aim of expelling them from their homes for the benefit of Islamic settlers loyal to them from various conflict areas in Syria.
In the context, the reporter of the “Afrinpost” said that after the occupation militias seized a real estate of the Kurdish citizen, “Refaat Sido” known as “Refaat Khaziana”, which was located near the Afrin Stadium in the city center, which brought him sorrow over his robbed property. As a result, “Refaat” had a heart attack leading to his death.
The reporter pointed out that the Islamic militias were not satisfied with that. After his death, they took over his agricultural “Berkes” tractor, a Hyundai pickup, and a “Verna” car.
The gunmen also raided his house, and stool all valuable things, gold, and cash money, in addition to kidnapping his children on the fourth of last April, where they were imprisoned in the village of Kafarjana in the area of ”Shara/ Sharan” and chasing his brothers to earn more money.
The reporter stated that the kidnapees were “Refaat Sido / 27 years old (who is the grandson of the dead man), and Sharavan Sido, 24 years old, and Saif Al-Din Sido, 55 years old.
In a similar context, yesterday, Sunday, the militia of “Sultan Muhammed Fateh”, whose majority belongs to the Turkmen, kidnapped the Kurdish citizens, “Ahmed Othman” and Ahmed Waheed Ibrahim, who are from the village of the “Ma’mla / Ma’ml Ushagi” of the Raju district, and their fate is still unknown.
The incident is only a continuation of the ongoing robberies and seizures since the occupation of Afrin, as well as the prevention of Islamic militias in many villages, the return of the indigenous people to their homes and properties after their seizure of them, on the pretext that they have become military headquarters for Islamic militias, or that settlers with relatives of the militants have settled there !
