Al-Mu’tasim militia announces the killing of four armed men in Afrin

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented the killing of 4 armed men from the militia “Al-Mu’tasim Squad”, affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood, as a result of an assassination operation directed by unknown armed men while they were at one of the division’s checkpoints at the entrance to the occupied Kurdish region of Afrin in northern Syria.

The observatory noted that the assassination was carried out at a checkpoint linking Afrin to the northwestern countryside of Aleppo, from the direction of the village of Al-Basuta in the Shirawa district.

Pages belonging to the “Al-Mu’tasem Brigade” militia announced the killing of four of its fighters, as a result of an attack by unknown gunmen on their points in the city of Afrin in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

The militia said through its knowledge on social media on Thursday that four gunmen were killed, as a result of an attack on one of the division’s points in the city of Afrin.

The militia published the names and pictures of the four dead on Facebook, and the militia leader, called “Mustafa Sejri”, mourned the gunmen through his account on Twitter.
