The Turkish army and the Muslim Brotherhood’s elite militia force agricultural tractors in the village of Shekhotka in Mobata / Ma’batli to plow a large number of hectares of farmland in the Amara plain.
The correspondent of “Afrinpost” in the district reported that the militia “Al-Nukhba Army” forced thirty owners of tractors, to plow agricultural land estimated at tens of hectares, in preparation for planting grains for their own benefit.
He pointed out that the militia does not pay the wages of agriculture and employ them free of charge, in the case of the crudely reflect the slavery practiced by the militants against the indigenous Kurds in the occupied territory.
Al-Nukhba Army militia seizes olive fields and agricultural land belonging to the displaced people of the villages they have occupied since March 2018.
At the beginning of last October, the militia in the areas of Mobata / Ma’batli and Bulbula / Bulbul imposed 150 Syrian pounds on each olive tree, whether or not it was loaded with fruits in the illages (Shekhotka – Amara – Aboudan – Zaitounak – Omer Samo – Haftar – Kurdo) belonging to the two districts.
On Saturday, 9 November, Al-Nukhba Army militia harvested and robbed an olive field crop belonging to a Kurdish woman named Shavo, the widow of the deceased ‘Ali Majeed, from the village of Amara, in the Mobata / Ma’batli district. According to Afrinpost reporter in the area.
The reporter explained that the target field consists of 225 olive trees, which was picked and robbed despite the presence of the field owner in the village.
