Islamic militias kidnap five Kurdish citizens in the villages of “Zivenki” and “Ashona”

Islamic militias affiliated to the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood on Saturday kidnapped five Kurdish citizens from two villages in “Bulbul / Bulbula” area and took them to the abduction center in the district center.

The correspondent of “Afrin Post” said that the militias kidnapped (Seydou Ismail Ismail, Yusuf Maamu and his son Walid Maamu, Mohammed Rashid) from the village of Zivenki under the pretext of working for the institutions of the former Self-Administration within (communes / village councils).

They also kidnapped the citizen “Rodin Mistkilo” from the village of “Ashouna” under the pretext of compulsory service within the “Duty of Self-Defense.”

In the context, the Turkish occupation militias released both Hassan Alo and his son Shahin, who were kidnapped on the ninth of October.

The correspondent of “Afrinpost” in the district had said at the time, that the so-called “Amniya Bulbul”, kidnapped of the sixty years old citizen “Hassan Alo” and his son, “Shaheen Alo” from their home in the village of “Ashouna” for under the charge of being in the “People’s Protection Units” , despite being only child.

Islamic militias rely on kidnapping as a means of obtaining money, one of the tactics they have followed since the beginning of the Afrin occupation, while the Turkish occupation oversees these operations as one of the methods for displacing the Kurds and preventing the displaced from returning.
