According to a correspondent of “Afrinpost” in the Rajo district, according to of an armed militant of Islamic militias known as the Syrian National Army said that Turkish officers, during the fierce battles that took place in the district with Kurdish fighters, and after the high losses in their ranks as a result of the concentration of Kurdish fighters, they began distributing military uniforms of Islamic gunmen, to avoid being targeted by the YPG snipers.
The correspondent confirmed what events the militiamen recited during the Turkish war on the occupied province of Afrin from January to March 2018, that the Turkish occupation soldiers were resorting to many ways to avoid being targeted by Kurdish fighters, including disguised as uniforms of the militia ‘National Army’, on the fronts of Rajo district, due to the concentration of Kurdish snipers on them, which made the Turkish officers issuing a order in which they asked their soldiers to wear the suits of the militants, in order to avoid the painful strikes against them, which caused many casualties in their ranks.
The correspondent added that the gunmen also recalled the fierce resistance shown by snipers from the “Women’s Protection Units” in the town of Baadina / Baadnali, despite the siege on all sides for several hours, killing forty gunmen. Which they had to call for Turkish air support to bomb the building where they fortified.
