A local source reported that Turkish police in Izmir arrested Kurdish citizen Hassan Mahmoud Nasser, 46, on Friday, November 15. Nasser hails from the village of Ghazawiyah in Sherawa, Afrin.
The source added that Nasser, a married father of four who has been residing in Izmir for several years, was detained from his home without explanation. Previously, he worked in the cotton sector in Aleppo.
