Our correspondent reported that the “Military Police” militia arrested two civilians yesterday, October 19, “Rezan Abdo Youssef, 43, and Mohamed Khalil Youssef, 45,” both from the town of Jindires, Afrin.
The correspondent clarified that the two men, who are cousins, were detained upon their arrival from Aleppo while passing through the city of Azaz. No specific charges against them have been disclosed so far.
