Our correspondent reported that the so-called “Ahmed Radwan, who hails from the Hama countryside” and is a member of the “Sultan Murad Division” militia, since 2018, has seized an entire two-story building, consisting of 12 houses and 3 shops, in the Al-Zaidiya neighborhood in the city of Afrin. The building belongs to the citizen “Muhammad Abdul Qader” from the village of “Kokan” in the Mobato/Maabatli sub-district.
the correspondent added that “Radwan” sold four houses (each for 800 US dollars) to other IDPs as if he owned the property. The militant clad and equipped the unprepared apartments and is currently offering them for sale as well.
