Our correspondent reported that this morning, the Turkish authorities arrested the Kurdish citizen “Mustafa Othman Khalil – born in 1980” from the people of the village of “Ain al-Hajar” in the Mobato/Maabatli sub-district, while he was visiting the Department of Transportation to obtain a driver’s license.
The correspondent added that “Mustafa” lives in Al-Mahmoudiya neighborhood in the city of Afrin, and was arrested without disclosing the charge against him.
