On August 8, multiple thefts occurred in Afrin. Armed assailants broke into (Al-Tafawouq) Institute, owned by “Brimo” family, located opposite the Sharia School in central Afrin, and stole computers, educational tools, and other supplies.
In the morning, thieves stole a motorcycle from an IDP from Homs, parked at the entrance of a building near the industrial area in Al-Ashrafiyeh neighborhood.
Later that day, other armed robbers stole copper cookware, an electric heater, a washing machine, and a fan from the home of an elderly man from Hayan, located on Al-Khazan Street in Al-Ashrafiyeh neighborhood.
