Two individuals were injured yesterday, Wednesday, August 21, following the explosion of a rigged motorcycle near a vegetable shop seized by an IDP named “Mansour” on Al-Sarfis Street in Al-Ashrafieh neighborhood of occupied Afrin. The injured were transported by the “Syrian Civil Defense” to local hospitals for treatment.
Our correspondent reported that the “Military Police” militia temporarily closed off all entry and exit points to the occupied city of Afrin. “afrinpost” also obtained an audio recording from an IDP in Afrin accusing factions within the “Syrian National Army” of orchestrating the explosion to prevent IDPs there from heading to the Abu al-Zendin crossing to protest against the opening of the crossing with the Syrian regime.
