According to our correspondent in Afrin, a car bomb detonated today near the customs building on Rajo street in the occupied city of Afrin. The explosion targeted a CM-model vehicle, injuring two individuals and igniting a nearby car. Following the blast, the Military Police imposed roadblocks and barriers to control the scene.
Additionally, the situation escalated when a checkpoint at the Kafr Juma intersection confronted university students, who were en route to Azaz for exams. The altercation, which arose from a verbal dispute, resulted in the checkpoint personnel physically assaulting the students. The checkpoint had barred their passage, citing security concerns related to the recent explosion in Afrin.
