According to our correspondent, Turkish intelligence and militia police arrested 37-year-old Nigervan Mustafa Ali on June 22. Ali, a resident of Mobato/Meabatli, was taken from his home in Al-Mahmoudiya neighborhood of Afrin.
The arrest was made on charges of membership in the local commune and alleged affiliation with the People Protection Units (YPG) during the previous autonomous administration.
