Our correspondent reports that Turkish intelligence and the police forces have today arrested Abdul Sheikh Muhammad bin Manan, also known as Abu Zakaria, a 43-year-old resident of Bulbul. He had recently returned to Afrin after five years in displacement.
According to the correspondent, a joint patrol of Turkish intelligence and police apprehended him from his residence in the Al-Mahmoudiyah neighborhood of Afrin. The arrest was made on charges of having connections with the former Autonomous Administration, which has not been present in the region for over six years.
