Turkish Forces Intensify Arrests of Kurds in Jindires

afrinpost-Exclusive

Our correspondent in Jindires reports that Turkish intelligence and the “Military Police in Jindires” arrested Rashid Mohammed (also known as Rashid Aisho), a Kurdish man in his sixties, from his home in Tel Sallor village, Jindires sub-district, five days ago. He was taken to their center in a former school building at the southern entrance of Tel Sallor Road, accused of having ties with the previous Autonomous Administration.

It is also reported that the Turkish authorities yesterday arrested two Kurdish citizens, Abdu Sheikho (Abu Shero), 46, and Nazmi Hamo, 42, in Jindires, on similar charges of connections to the former autonomous administration, which ended six years ago in the region.
