Our correspondent in Afrin reports that the Afrin Military Police arrested Zaeem Hussein Horo, approximately 60 years old, on May 26 from his home near the former “People’s House” on Al-Sarfis Street in Al-Ashrafieh neighborhood of Afrin city.
Horo had returned to his home from displacement in the Shahba area of northern Aleppo countryside about ten days prior. He was arrested on charges of having worked in a “komin” (neighborhood committee) in Al-Ashrafieh during the previous Autonomous Administration.
