On the evening of April 21st, Turkish intelligence arrested citizen Rashid Osman Rashid, aged 56 and hailing from Jindires, from his home in the lower neighborhood of Jindires town.
According to our sources, Mr.Rashid was detained on charges of membership in the Kommun “Komin al-Sulh” during the previous Autonomous Administration period in Afrin, despite having returned from forced displacement in Aleppo approximately 20 days ago.
“afrinpost” has documented 10 cases of arrest and abduction since the beginning of April 2024 until the fifteenth, including two cases on Turkish territory and two arrests of IDPs. Additionally, 27 cases of release have been recorded.
