On Sunday, March 12th, the Syrian regime army heavily targeted the points of concentration for “Hayat Tahrir al-Sham” (HTS) elements in several villages and towns across Latakia and Idlib provinces.
The villages of Tuffahiya, Sheikh Sindiyan, and Ain Issa in Jabal al-Akrad and Kabina in the northern countryside of Latakia were shelled with heavy artillery and elephant rockets, as well as Falefel, Safouhen, Kansafra, Kfar Awayd, Al-Rwayha, Al-Fatera, and Al-Bara in southern Idlib. Russian reconnaissance aircraft were seen hovering in the region to correct targets for the Syrian regime army artillery and rocket launchers.

There is no information yet about the extent of the damage caused.
