“Sultan Murad” militants pursuing a Kurd after cutting down 75 olive trees from his field, in Afrin

On January 14, gunmen affiliated with the Turkish-backed “Sultan Murad” militia cut down 75 olive trees from the field of “Ahmed Khalil,” a resident of the village of Qurtqilaq in the Sharan district in the occupied countryside of Afrin.

Our reporter stated that the citizen “Ahmed” filed a complaint with the military police militia in the city of Afrin against the “Sultan Murad” militia for cutting down trees from his field located opposite the train station in the village of Ester. However, the militia is now pursuing him to force him to withdraw the complaint.

Also, on Sunday, January 15, gunmen affiliated with the “Jaish Al-Nukhbah” militia cut down 65 olive trees belonging to the citizen, “Hassan Sheikho,” from the village of Gamrouk, in the district of Shara / Sharran, in the occupied countryside of Afrin.
