The Idlib Al-Watan team shared on its official Facebook page a general invitation to attend the opening ceremony of a new settlement village in Jenderes district, named “Ajnadayn Palestine”, today, Wednesday 4/1/2023.

The project was implemented by the “Idlib Al-Watan Team,” and according to what was mentioned in the invitation, the source of funding is from the people of Palestine. What is meant is the “Ajnadayn Relief Charity Association,” and therefore its name was adopted as the name of the settlement village project.

It is noteworthy that the Idlib Al-Watan team implemented, in coordination with the Ajnadayn Relief Charity Association, many construction projects and provided relief aid, and the supervisor of these projects is Abdullah Al-Eido.

The Ajnadayn settlement project includes 200 homes with service facilities, as well as, a school, a mosque, a Sharia institute for memorizing the Qur’an.

The announcement of the opening of the settlement village came months after the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates confirmed its rejection of settlement in Afrin and its non-acceptance of infringing the rights and property of families in Afrin and other Kurdish areas in northern Syria, in an official letter on 9/15/2022.
