An improvised explosive device (IED) planted near a house at Al-Qabban roundabout on the Teranda road, exploded this morning. The damage was limited to material only, while the perpetrator or target in the explosion is not yet known.
Last Sunday, January 8, an explosive device planted in a military vehicle belonging to the “National Army” militia, which was parked next to Al-Buhturi School in the occupied city of Al-Bab, exploded. Material damage was reported.
At the same time, clashes took place between two gunmen riding motorcycles and members of the Military Police checkpoint at the entrance to the city of Al-Bab, resulting in the death of one of the attackers and the wounding of the other, in addition to the injury of two members of the “National Army” militia while they were supporting the members of the Military Police checkpoint in the attack.
