Clashes between Syrian regime army and pro-Turkey “Al-Mu’tasim” militia in northern countryside of Aleppo

afrinpost – Special

Intermittent clashes took place with heavy and medium machine guns and mortar shells, this morning, Monday, between the Syrian regime army on one side and the militia of the “Al-Mu’tasim Division” on the other hand, on the Marea-Harbel axis in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

The clashes coincided with the Turkish forces targeting the Harbel and Tal Madiq areas with several rocket and artillery shells, causing material damage.

Our reporter stated also that the Syrian regime’s army targeted with an artillery shell the village of Kafr Janneh, in Sharan district, in the occupied countryside of Afrin, without information about the extent of the damage so far.

It is noteworthy that the Turkish forces shelled, on Sunday, the vicinity of the village of Al-Nairabiya in the northern countryside of Aleppo with several artillery and missile shells, while the Syrian regime army responded by shelling the vicinity of the Turkish base in Khazwan, where several artillery shells fell near the village of Waqah.
